Bahamas at the Fraser Auditorium

The Sudbury Star - - ENTERTAINMENT -

Bahamas is bringing its signature style to Sudbury on March 21. He will be performing at the Fraser Auditorium at Laurentian University. Bahamas is the solo project of Toronto-based guitarist and musical gun-for-hire Afie Jurvanen. It has a stripped-down and contemplative sound that focuses on doing more with less, allowing the voice and guitar to do most of the heavy lifting on these quiet indie folk meditations. To purchase tickets, call the STC box office at 705-674-8381, visit them at 170 Shaughnessy St. or go to Doors open at 8 p.m. and the concert begins at 9 p.m.
