Paris/Notre Dame bike­way hear­ing

Residents are in­vited to a pub­lic con­sul­ta­tion session to pro­vide feed­back on the engineering de­sign of the Paris/Notre Dame bike­way project.

The drop-in session will take place from 5-7 p.m. on Wed­nes­day in the lower hall of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 40 Notre Dame Ave. Residents will have the op­por­tu­nity to share feed­back on the de­sign of the south phase of the pro­posed bike­way, from Wal­ford Road to Re­gent Street, which was de­vel­oped us­ing pub­lic in­put gath­ered last fall. Residents can also pro­vide in­put for the de­sign of the north phase of the project, from York Street to Lasalle Boule­vard. In­for­ma­tion will be on dis­play. City staff and project con­sul­tants will be avail­able to an­swer ques­tions. If you are un­able to at­tend, visit over­toyou.greater­sud­bury. ca to sub­mit your feed­back un­til May 22. Feed­back gath­ered will be used to fi­nal­ize the bike­way de­sign, which will be pre­sented to coun­cil this fall.
