Free owners’ manuals

It can be annoying to misplace your owner’s manual, or purchase a vehicle that’s missing this document. Fortunately there’s a good samaritan out there who can help out. He (or she) has made available downloadable copies of manuals for many makes and models, in some cases going back as far as the early 1990s (more than 2,000 in total). Included on the list are manufacturers including General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Acura/Honda, Toyota and Volvo. Obviously that still leaves gaps in the collection, but with the assistance from members of the public the variety of manuals is growing daily.
