BRING IT ON AGAIN

Rah, rah ... nah. “Bring It On” was a hoot and a surprise hit thanks to Kirsten Dunst and a somewhat original plot — for a sports flick, anyway. This 2004 direct-to-video sequel lacks both, with a cast of unknowns and a plot lifted from “Revenge of the Nerds”: Social misfits form their own group and give the cool kids what-for. Only difference is, these are cheerleaders, not frat boys. It’s rated PG-13, but few people over 13 would want to see it, except maybe the cast members’ moms.
