No injuries in Outer Ring accident
There were no injuries in this accident which left a vehicle in the median and debris all over the eastbound lane of the Outer Ring Road Saturday afternoon. The driver apparently lost control of the vehicle and plowed into the median. Roads were wet and it was raining at the time of the accident.
