• Community Tuesday Evening Workout and Yoga Program consists of a 20-minute Pilates or cardio-strength workout followed by a Relaxation Yoga Class that flows into a Yin Yoga Class, ongoing to Feb. 28. • Those of Welsh descent in Newfoundla­nd and Labrador will have an opportunit­y to come together to commemorat­e St. David, patron saint of Wales, as part of the 4th Annual St. David’s Day events organized by the Sir William Vaughan Trust. This year’s activities will be held March 1 at O’Reilly’s Pub on George Street, commencing with the annual general meeting of the trust at 4 p.m. followed by a reception and then an evening of songs and entertainm­ent starting at 6 p.m. The evening activities are a fundraiser to support the work of the trust, with donations accepted at the door. The Hearing Voices network accepts that voices and visions are real experience­s, accepts that people are not any the less for having voices and visions, respects each member as an expert.
