In business over 40 years, Sinnott’s Hydroseeding and Landscaping is fully experienced in providing lush, green lawns of healthy grass. Among current projects is hydroseeding and sodding at Galway, a new residential and commercial development to the west of St. John’s. At this site, a considerable amount of acreage has been earmarked for grass. In some locations, Sinnott’s provided sod and in others, hydroseeding.

Sinnott’s does both commercial and residential work. With seeding getting underway generally around the May 24th. holiday each year, close attention is directed to the newly-sown seed as the season advances. Depending upon weather conditions in any given season, seeding and sodding can be carried out fairly late in the year. Fertilizer is important and is usually applied at three intervals during the year. Sinnott’s use only top Canada No. One seed and they monitor the progress of the grass throughout the growing season, guaranteeing their work for one full year.
