A headline in the Weekend Telegram stated that Joshua Steele-young, the driver charged in connection with the car crash that resulted in permanent injuries to passenger Morgan Pardy, was back in jail on new charges. Although he is in custody now, Steele-young had been released on a promise to appear, not taken to jail, when he was originally arrested last spring. The Telegram regrets the error.
