Man arrested after Child Youth Family Services investigation in C.B.S.

Conception Bay South, N.L. — Late Thursday night the RNC was asked to help in relation to a Child Youth and Family Services investigation. At 11 p.m., police were called to assist Child Youth and Family Services in the investigation in C.B.S.

During that call, police obtained information that resulted in a criminal investigation of assault.

On Friday at 9 p.m., a 31-year-old man was arrested on charges of assault causing bodily harm.

He was released to appear in court at a later date.
