Woman wanted for assault with weapon in Mount Pearl

MOUNT PEARL, N.L. —The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is looking for a woman who committed an assault in Mount Pearl Friday evening.

Around 7:30 p.m., the RNC responded to a report of the assault in Mount Pearl.

After a brief investigation and witness interviews, police couldn’t locate the accused and have requested an arrest warrant for a 45-yearold woman on charges of assault with a weapon, common assault, uttering threats and theft under $5,000.
