Topsail United Church Men’s Club will host their annual “Breakfast with the Easter Bunny” until 11 a.m. Delicious food is $8 for adults and $4 for children under 12. There will be face painting, colouring and pictures with the Easter Bunny. All are welcome.

A Night Out with Aurora & Friends

Join us for a fundraiser for the Aurora Women’s Choir at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 50, in Conception Bay South. With special musical hosts Dana Parsons and Wade Tarling, and featuring the Aurora Women’s Choir. Tickets are $20, including food. Must be purchased in advance, and a limited number are available. 1 p.m. Sunday Funday

A fun-filled family afternoon with games and activities at the Paul Reynolds Community Centre for family members of all abilities. Cost is $3 per child age two or older. Caregivers and children under age two are welcome free of charge.

2 p.m. Bunny Hop Parade

Hop on over to Bowring Park pool house for the start of the Bunny Hop Parade. Join us as we walk, hop and dance around Bowring Park with the Easter Bunny, and visit activity stations along the way.

Drag Story Time

Raise Up Fundraisin­g brings Drag Story Time to St. John’s with local drag superstar Doctor Androbox. Join us for stories and crafts, and leave with your very own royal crown. Photos with Doctor Androbox are encouraged. Sign up in advance by calling Chapters at 726-0375 or by stopping into the store. Chapters will have various Lgbtq2sia-friendly, anti-bullying, and self-acceptance themed children’s books on display during the event. All ages welcome.

The Canadian Federation of University Women is collecting gently used books for their Great Big Book Sale coming up May 14-16. Books can be dropped off between Monday and Saturday from 11 a.m to 3 p.m., and Sunday from 1-3 p.m. We accept fiction and nonfiction for all ages and interests. Located in Woodgate Plaza on Kenmount Road between Toys R Us and Quiznos.

Family History Society Lecture A lecture by Shane O’dea, professor of English and public orator at Memorial. O’dea has long been involved with preservati­on in Newfoundla­nd and his topic is “The
