U.S. stocks dive again

NEW YORK — Stocks dove again on Wall Street, ex­tend­ing re­cent de­clines, as traders worry about a U.s.-china trade war and slower eco­nomic growth.

Ma­jor U.S. in­dexes ended a tu­mul­tuous week down more than 4 per cent Fri­day, mark­ing the worst weekly de­cline since March.

The Dow Jones In­dus­trial Av­er­age plunged more than 500 points Fri­day, bring­ing its weekly drop to more than 1,000.
