Join us every Wednesday at 7 p.m. at The Battery Café for trivia hosted by St. John's trivia moguls Jack Etchegary and Charlotte Genest. Prizes for each round.

Falling for Ducks and Leaves

Kids Club Program for October and November at The Fluvarium. Join us at The Fluvarium to explore the changing season. Together we will find a rainbow of leaves, feed the ducks and look across the marsh for new visitors. This is an outdoor program, so come dressed for the weather. We will finish with a fun fall story. Most Saturdays and Sundays from Oct. 12 to Nov. 24 at 1:30 p.m. except when other special programs are being offered. Program runs approximat­ely 45 to 60 minutes. Fluvarium Kids programs are compliment­ary with admission. Ask about our annual family pass. THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10 Art 5 p.m. Site Specific – Opening Reception

Opening reception for new and beautifull­y rendered new works by David Baltzer at Red Ochre Gallery from 5-8 p.m. The exhibition, Site Specific, will show from Oct. 10 to Nov. 2 at the Red Ochre Gallery, 96 Duckworth St. Gallery hours are 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday. This mid-career artist is continuing to gain much attention and recognitio­n. Purchases made during the opening reception will receive a 10 per cent discount.
