SEAWARD Errol Joseph (Joe the Barber)

March 26, 1952 – April 20, 2021 Suddenly passed away at his home in Harbour Grace in presence of his loving wife on Tuesday April 20, 2021. Predeceased by his parents Errol Douglas Seaward and Catherine (Fry) Seaward, mother and father-in-law Elizabeth and William Baker, brother-in-law Tom Baker. Joe leaves to mourn his wife Cathy (Baker), sons; Jeremy (Deborah), Justin (Katie), and their mother Sharon Delaney (Brian), two beautiful grandchildren: Kinsley, and Hudson. Also leaving to mourn his siblings Margaret Kroski (Homer) Chicago, Beverley Nelder (David, deceased) St. Catherin’s ON, Marilyn Summers (Henry) St. John’s, Erik Seaward (Elizabeth) St. John’s, Leif Seaward (Karen) Paradise, two aunts Stephanna Aveling (John) Mississauga ON, and Margaret Sanderson (Arthur, deceased) Traverse City Michigan, sister-inlaw Pamela Picco (Ted), brothersin-law: Bill, Eymard, John, Gerald, Colin, as well as a number of nieces and nephews. Joe also leaves behind a multitude of friends. A special thank you all those friends who helped in any way, especially those who drove daily from Harbour Grace to the cancer clinic in St. John’s. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to the Lung Association of Newfoundland & Labrador. Visitation will take place at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 10:00 am – 9:00pm. A funeral service will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Saturday, April 24th, 2021 at 11:00am by invitation only.
