FORSEY, Howard Bertram

June 1, 1936 – June 1, 2021.Passed peacefully at Chancellor Park where he received special care for his last three years. Alice feels Thankful, Grateful, and Blessed to have shared his life with this wonderful man for 58 years. Howard was predeceased by his parents Bert and Laura (Anstey) Forsey, his sister Bertha Purchase, his sister-in-law Margaret Forsey, his brother-in-law Allan Dodge, his parents-in-law Leonard and Aletha (Templeman) Butler.

Left with a lifetime of wonderful memories his wife Alice, his sister Jane (Phil) Baker, sister Marie Dodge, brother Lloyd, brother-in-law Walter (June) Butler, niece Desiree Butler and her daughters Delaney and Mckenna, nephew Howard (Marjorie) Purchase and his son Bradley and daughter Stephanie, niece Dawn (Rob) Dunn and their daughter Ashley and son Andrew, nephew David Forsey and his daughter Hayley, nephew Darrin Butler (Patrick Johnson), nephew Derek (Andrea) Butler and their daughter Sofia, and special daughter Jenny and her daughter Heidi in Ontario. Howard was a Scotiabanker for 40 years, twelve of them in Toronto where he was branch manager at 4 different branches. The last was Queen and Church where his Secretary, Jenny (from Indonesia) said he was so kind to her she thought of him as her Dad. She never forgets an occasion to remember Dad with greeting cards and phone calls. Howard was delighted to be transferred back home in late 1980 to be Area Manager. This meant he would travel the province for the next seven years. He retired from Churchill Park Branch.

He enjoyed 25 years of retirement watching his garden grow, especially his roses, salmon fishing, and playing golf.

Alice feels Thankful, Grateful, and Blessed for the support of family, many friends and neighbours, especially Peter and Sheri Howell and her niece Desiree who have always been there for her every need.
