Strawberry Arugula Salad
4 handfuls arugula
2 cups sliced local strawberries 1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup balsamic dressing Simply toss everything together until well combined. That’s it; it’s that simple! For a variation, try adding some segmented orange sections, or substituting sliced almonds for the pine nuts. Serves four people.
