BUTT, E. Patricia, RN (nee Arnold)

Passed peacefully away at the age of 91 at James Paton Memorial Hospital on June 13, 2021. Patricia is predeceased by her husband Edgar L. Butt and son Peter. She leaves to mourn her sons Joseph (Anne), Jeffrey (Paula), Eddie (Joanne) and Lindahl (Denise) and sister Doris Howse, eight grandchildren, Andrew (Marta) and Suzanne (Brad), Caitlin and Kristina, Eric (Karla) and Stephanie (Alex), Julia and Charlotte and eight greatgrandchildren, Edgar & Joanna, Oliver, Leo & Jack, Braxton, Breanna & Brooklyn and a large circle of extended family and friends. Patricia will be remembered for her work in the school and community as a Public Health Nurse for over 25 years. For her family, she was a warm and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was quick to laugh, enjoyed summers on the patio visiting with extended family and friends, and time spent with her sons and their families. Cremation has taken place and a funeral service will be held later this summer. The family would like to make a special thank you to Dr. Simpson, the nursing staff on the Orthopedic ward in Gander and a special mention to Donna Davis for both her care and friendship she provided to Mom for over the past 18 years. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Glovertown Academy Kids Eat Smart Programme.
