GOUGH, Ralph

September 3, 1941 - June 14, 2021. Passed peacefully away surrounded by the love of his family and friends, at his home in St. Joseph’s, Salmonier, Ralph Patrick Gough, aged 79 years. Predeceased by his beloved wife Patricia “Pat” (1997), parents Michael & Jessie Gough, brother Joseph, nephew David; parents-inlaw Walter & Eileen Murray and deceased members of the Murray family: Phonse, Jerome, Michael, Peg and Bernadette and his special friend Regina Ryan. He will be sadly missed by his daughters Mary and Linda; sons: Paul (Sharlene), Greg (Bernice), John and Kevin (Kelly); 7 grandchildren: Justine, Scott, Kearson, Kyla, Emily, Jane and Grace; his sisters: Marie (Bill Gregory), Elizabeth (Joe Davis), Helena (Bob Coady), Maureen (Tony Healey) and Anna, sister-in-law Chattie Gough, special cousin Gertie Daley; many nieces and nephews and all members of the Gough, Murray and Tobin Families. Special thanks to Bernice Nolan and Joanne Singleton for all their help and support. He was also blessed to have the care and support of Michelle Dalton and Sylvia Gushue whom he considered to be a part of his family. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, on Thursday, July 8, from 2 – 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 9, at 10am. Both visitation and Mass will be held in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines. Anyone wishing to attend may do so by contacting the family. In lieu of flowers, please “do a good deed for somebody” or donations in his memory may be made to the St. Joseph’s Volunteer Fire Department.
