MORE DISCLOSURE

During Hickey’s appearance on Tuesday, federal Crown prosecutor Susan Bour told the court that initial disclosure in the case had been sent to Hollett on Jan. 24.

She said Hollett had requested copies of the information to obtain a search warrant. The RCMP has indicated that information can be provided to him by the end of this week.

Hollett said he’s reviewed the initial package and asked to have the matter set over to give him time to review the additional material once it arrives.

Hickey’s next court date has been set for April 9.

Kelly, Gibbons and Pelley are to appear in court in Corner Brook on March 11.

Kelly and Mugford have appearances scheduled in St. John’s on March 14.
