In memory of my Darling Brother

Darrin Joseph Bowen Died in a Tragic Car Accident April 20, 1984 Age 16 years

I can't believe it's been forty years my darling brother, not a day goes by that I don't think of you and your handsome and sweet face. Your smile is always the first thing I remember most. You are just as close to me today as you were that night when I found you on that dark stretch of highway.

A lot has changed over the years my Love, but not the memories I cherish with you and our short time together. I know that you are happy, because when you come to me in my dreams you shine so brightly; holding out your arms for me to embrace.

You now have our Mom with you these last two years and I know you are taking great care of her; she had waited so long to be reunited with you, and I can feel her joy and happiness.

You were indeed the light of my life and I will keep it burning until I am finally with you. I understand now why you were chosen Darrin; and having that consolation, gets me through each and every day. Thank you for being my brother and for the unconditional love that you gave me.

"My Darling Brother Darrin has gone to the angels above, where there's nothing but happiness, joy and love. Gone from this world when you were so full of strife, back to the God who first gave you life. So let us not fret, or wish you back again, to go through the sorrows that come to all men; Rejoice that God chose you my sweet Brother for his own, and has taken you back to his heavenly home."

Always loved and remembered by your loving sister and nephew Linda(nee Bowen) and Darrin Michael Lee. Calgary, AB
