“Habitat Nova Scotia’s board of directors is looking forward to working with Donna,” said Kevin Riles, board chair of Habitat NS. “Donna will be leading the implementation of the organization’s five year strategic plan and having her experience will result in serving more Nova Scotia families through Habitat’s affordable housing programs.”

Williamson said, “I am excited about working alongside the dedicated team at Habitat NS – along with so many passionate volunteers and supporters – to continue building homes for those who need a hand up to homeownership.”

“Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with organizations that focus on building relationships. I very much see my role as continuing to build on the foundation that has already been established in Nova Scotia. I am excited to see where we can grow to impact even more Nova Scotians.”

For nearly the past 30 years, HFHNS, has been a leading provider of affordable housing in Nova Scotia, providing an estimated total of $12,600,000 in societal benefits.
