“I have a love / hate relationship with virtual health care. The rst time I used it, to ll a prescription, I thought, This was so smooth — why weren’t we doing this before? But my experience dealing with a mild concussion a few months later was completely di erent. I rst went to my local walk-in clinic in person, but they referred me to their virtual care portal instead. I was standing on the street for an hour trying to gure things out before I gave up and went to a di erent walk-in. The whole ordeal made me wonder how accessible virtual care really is.”
