St. Catharines man arrested on drug, gun charges
A St. Catharines man is facing multiple criminal charges after a month- long drug investigation by Niagara Regional Police.
Police say detectives from the St. Catharines street crime unit arrested a man Wednesday afternoon and searched his vehicles, home and a rented storage unit. Officers seized about $ 25,000 in what they believe to be the proceeds of the sale of drugs, an “assaultstyle” rifle with magazines, and a handgun magazine with 9- mm bullets.
Adrian Selman, 43, is charged with possession of the proceeds of crime over $ 5,000, possession of a prohibited substance, possession of a firearm, careless storage of a firearm and possession of a prohibited device.
