City now has guide to public, private land ready for residential and commercial development
The City of Corner Brook has produced a booklet highlighting some city-owned and private parcels of vacant land available for potential development.
The pamphlet contains information such as the current zoning of the area and the estimated size of the land, along with a satellite image of the location.
The areas include a mix of land that can be used for residential and commercial developments.
The pamphlet may be accessed online via the city’s website at www.cornerbrook.com and printed copies may be obtained at city hall.
All inquiries about the available land can be made to the Land Management Department by contacting Brandon Duffy at
637-1544 or via email [email protected]nerbrook.com.
This plot of land available for development on Reid Street, once the location of a gas station and convenience store, is now owned by the City of Corner Brook and is in an area zoned for general commercial and residential medium density.
