2:21 PM | A 43-year-old Kitch­ener man was driv­ing a sil­ver Honda west­bound on Foun­tain Street near Townsend Drive in Breslau when he pulled to the side of the road and at­tempted to make a U-turn when he struck the pas­sen­ger side of a grey Toy­ota be­ing driven by a 60-year-old Water­loo man. No one was in­jured, and both ve­hi­cles were driven from the scene. The driver of the Honda was charged with ‘mak­ing an un­safe lane change.’ 4:48 PM | Po­lice re­ceived a re­port that ear­lier in the morn­ing an un­known sus­pect walked up the side of a res­i­dence on Sec­ond Street Elmira. The sus­pect at­tempted to gain en­try to a locked garage but left when that proved to un­suc­cess­ful. The sus­pect was a male, wear­ing a win­ter jacket, a hat and car­ry­ing a back­pack. Po­lice re­mind the pub­lic if they see any­thing sus­pi­cious to call 519-570-9777 to make a re­port or if a crime is in progress con­tact 9-1-1 at the time it is oc­cur­ring.
