A use for left­over turkey, and a rea­son to keep grilling

IT CER­TAINLY FELT LIKE sum­mer ear­lier on this week, the warmer tem­per­a­tures and hu­mid­ity mak­ing the bar­be­cue a fine op­tion. Th­ese Maple Mus­tard Turkey Burg­ers also of­fered up a good use for both the left­over turkey and the grill.

If you’re not one to turn left­overs into ground turkey, you can cer­tainly find the bird pre-ground for just this pur­pose.

For a lo­cal flavour, some maple syrup to go with the mus­tard to form a glaze adds some ex­tra flavour to th­ese easy-to-make tasty burg­ers.
