Elmira has an exciting week ahead, much of it related to the festive season

- RECIPE NOTES

THERE ARE LOTS OF activities happening for you to enjoy, including some Christmas shopping courtesy of Moonlight Madness on November 29.

The Scouts are also selling their Christmas trees downtown. This major fundraiser for the Scouting community is very visible in Gore Park. Our own Cub, Aiden, will be there selling trees. This group of boys and girls has so many fun activities every week thanks to the parents and volunteers who give their talents and time – we’re always in awe of their contributions.

Santa rolls into town on December 1, and here at Never Enough Thyme we’ll be serving up coffee or hot chocolate before Santa comes down Arthur Street. This is an event that should get you in the festive spirit!

Speaking of Santa, have you started your own naughty or nice list? Our list has grown this year, and our intention is to keep

the gifts local and handmade where possible. In that vein, there’s the Riverside Holiday Market happening on November 24.

So many people give their time to make these events happen, creating magical displays right here in Elmira.

Enjoy the holiday fun right here in our sweet town.
