3:29 PM | A 73-year-old Nepean man was driving a blue Honda eastbound on Farmers Market Road, St. Jacobs, when he lost control of the vehicle as he was attempting to turn into a private laneway, slid across the road and struck a concrete barrier. There were no injuries reported but the vehicle was towed from the scene. Police report there were icy conditions at the time. 5:23 PM | A 62-year-old Puslinch man was driving a commercial vehicle south on Sawmill Road, waiting to turn left onto Northfield Drive in Conestogo, when he was hit as the light turned yellow by a silver Honda driven north by a 31-year-old New Hamburg woman. There were no injuries, but the Honda had to be towed from the scene. The roads were reported as snow-covered at the time. 8:13 PM | A 22-year-old Breslau man driving a white Volkswagen north on Victoria Street near Breslau attempted to make a left turn on to Woolwich Street when he lost control of his car and was struck by a southbound grey Ford, driven by a 57-year-old Waterloo man. No injuries were reported, but both vehicles were towed from the scene. Waterloo North Hydro was notified of minor damage to one of the light standards as a result of being struck.
