January is the worst month of the year for some 64% of Canadians, who would rather stay single, do chores, be sick or even do their taxes than face the elements during January; 73% of Canadians admitted to cancelling plans with friends to avoid leaving the house; nearly half of Canadians have faked sick to avoid the freezing trek to work, and 85% of Canadians would rather flee the country and escape to a warmer destination for the month.
