Overnight Waffles
ۍ Ԇ ڂؗ؝ؿڏ cups milk
ۍ Ԋ ڂͮǵȻˍɟ̵́́͝˱͝ڂ unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
ۍ ԇ ڂ ɂͽ̵͝ڂ all-purpose flour Ԇձ ڂ 1. Place milk and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover the bowl and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir mixture with a rubber spatula. Continue to heat in the microwave until the butter is melted and milk is warm, 1 to 2 minutes. ۍ Ԇ ڂͮɟǵ̵́́͝˱ڂ salt the warm milk mixture into the flour mixture until smooth, then whisk in the egg mixture. Ԋձ ڂ Scrape down the bowl with a rubber spatula. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours or up to 24 hours. ԋձ ڂ Heat a waffle iron.
