At a CPAC meeting May 3, Crompton officials outlined a new plan that they believe may accelerate the cleanup of contaminan­ts coming off company boundaries. However, to accomplish this, the company has to effectivel­y allow some chemical runoff to flow offsite, a move requiring relaxation of an MOE control order placed on the property.
