HUA SANG SEAFOOD
In 2014, owner Joseph opened Hua Sang Seafood on Disera Drive. The location was originally home to another restaurant at the time, but after many late nights and much hard work renovating the space, Hua Sang was born. The early days were difficult, but the neighbourhood soon discovered this hidden gem, and business has blossomed ever since.
Hua Sang’s menu features many classic Chinese dishes, with a focus on the Cantonese style and a nod to Western tastes. Much of their food is cooked in a wok, following traditional Chinese recipes and methods. They are most famous for their delectable lobster, prepared in their own unique ways – first deep fried, then finished in the wok. Customer favourites include the lobster with ginger and green onion or black bean sauce.
