Liberals to discuss Heed’s status
Premier Christy Clark said Tuesday her B.C. Liberal colleagues will have the final say on whether MLA Kash Heed gets to remain a member of the caucus.
“I’m sure the caucus will have a discussion about it at some point,” Clark told reporters Tuesday when asked if she will remove Heed over new allegations.
On Friday, Heed’s former campaign manager, Barinder Sall, pleaded guilty to a series of election campaign offences. Sall said during interviews that he was aware of previously undisclosed Heed campaign spending of close to $40,000.
