B.C. government bound by 1994 pact

Gary Holman, NDP MLA, demands that the B.C. Liberal government intervene to ensure the B.C. ferries are built in B.C.

He fails to mention that the B.C. Liberal government must comply with the non-discriminatory open-bid purchasing processes laid out in the interprovincial trade agreement signed by the NDP’s Glen Clark in 1994. Rob Moore Victoria
