Has tent city turned into a tourist spot?

Recently, two guests from Toronto came to visit us. Of course they wanted to see the world-famous Butchart Gardens, but the guests also asked about the tent city. At the site, we noticed two or three young couples taking photos of the tents, as did our guests.

With the announcement of installing running water and showers in the tent city, the immediate neighbours might have to contend with tourist buses as well as the current problem.
