Indecent act alleged in Ladysmith

Ladysmith RCMP are investigating a report of an indecent act on Sunday.

The alleged perpetrator was reported to have been seen about 4:45 p.m. in a treed area near the town’s soccer fields on Fourth Avenue. A search did not locate a suspect.

The man is described as white, about six feet tall and in his mid- to late 20s with dark hair. He was wearing a black ball cap, black sunglasses, a black T-shirt, blue wind breaker and black, baggy sweatpants.
