Is U.S. dumping strawberries?

Times Colonist - - Comment -

Has anyone noticed that California-grown strawberries are offered at bargain prices in our local supermarkets?

My own local market has them featured at $1.88 per pound this week.

Isn’t it an amazing coincidence that just as our local strawberries come onto the market, there is suddenly a drop in the price of U.S. grown strawberries?

Sure looks like dumping to me. Martin Riley Victoria
