Parks Canada: Ecosystem restoratio­n volunteeri­ng with Parks Canada’s National Volunteer Program. Year-round volunteer opportunit­ies available to help Parks Canada restore endangered ecosystems at Fort Rodd Hill & Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites and Gulf Islands National Park Reserve. The 25th Victoria Film Festival: We are seeking theatre venue volunteers Feb. 1-10 for venues around Victoria and for the art show. Saanich Recreation: SpeakWell Conversati­on Club ChildCare Provider — SpeakWell Conversati­on Club. The exceptiona­l child care provider is responsibl­e, fun and engages children in playing games, reading books and helping them with arts and crafts while their parents learn to speak English. Oasis Society for the Spiritual Health

of Victoria: Tuesday dinner volunteers. We plan, prepare and serve dinner every Tuesday to Indigenous peoples who live in and around the downtown core. Volunteers will be provided with training and support. For more info contact: Jenna Burke at 250-361-0036.

The Bateman Foundation: Special events support. The Robert Bateman Gallery frequently rents out space afterhours for events, functions, and other activities. Foundation: Operations support coordinato­r. The volunteer works as the key interface between the chief operating officer and ICO community initiative leads and supporting team members.
