Karate coach takes national role
Kraig Devlin has been honoured for his work as a firefighter, and now he’s been given a top honour by Karate Canada.
Devlin was this week named Karate Canada high-performance director. After several years as a coach with the national karate team and the provincial team, Devlin, who got his start with CASK Karate in Victoria, will now lead the country’s top athletes.
As a firefighter, Devlin received the fire services exemplary medal from the governor-general.
