Coldwell Banker Slegg Realty changes hands

Real estate agents Kirsten Marten and Mark Rice have acquired Coldwell Banker Slegg Realty. The company, with offices in Victoria and Nanaimo, has been renamed Coldwell Banker Oceanside Real Estate.

“Honesty, integrity and a spirit of giving back to the community will be hallmarks of our operation,” said Marten. “We’re excited about the new opportunities ahead for all of us.”

Marten and Rice will run the Douglas Street Coldwell Banker office across from Mayfair Mall.

The company will manage about 30 agents representing Coldwell Banker on Vancouver Island in Victoria, Qualicum Beach, Comox Valley, Campbell River and Nanaimo.
