Shared office spaces opening

IWG will open two new shared workspace operations in Victoria this year.

Spaces, an Amsterdam-based shared-work environment, will open a 25,000-square-foot facility at Uptown this fall.

That is one of nine Canadian locations to be opened by IWG’s Spaces brand this year.

IWG, a global operator of workspace buildings, is also opening a 13,000-square-foot shared workspace location downtown at 535 Yates St. in August. That location will be operated by its Regus subsidiary.,
