Christian Kane re-teams with his former “The Librarians” boss, executive producer Dean Devlin, on this action drama, which casts the actor as Alex Walker, a former U.S. Drug Enforcemen­t agent forced to take early retirement because of his sky-high blood pressure. Trying to get as far off the beaten track as he can, Alex relocates to a small tropical island in the Philippine­s, where he runs the gift shop in a luxury hotel. Alas, Alex keeps running into shady types from his previous life. Samantha Richelle and Nonie Buencamino co-star.

5 p.m. on (87) (19) (87) Call the Midwife.

In the aftermath of the devastatin­g train crash, the staff of Nonnatus House rallies round to help the injured in the Season 11 finale. Dr. Turner and Sister Julianne (Stephen McGann, Jenny Agutter) are among the survivors, but they’re trapped in the wreckage. Elsewhere, in the middle of a delivery, Sister Hilda (Fenella Woolgar) makes a heartbreak­ing discovery about the baby’s father. Linda Bassett also stars.

7 p.m. on (26) Love Match Atlanta.

This new docuseries chronicles the personal and profession­al lives of five of the most successful matchmaker­s serving the Black community of Atlanta. Matchmaker­s Ming Clark, Joseph Dixon, Kelli Fisher, Tana Gilmore and Shae Primus are part of the city’s vibrant local social scene and they all know one another, although the dynamics of their circle include both friends and frenemies. Each of them draws on a distinct methodolog­y and skill set as they try to outmaneuve­r one another to land elite clients ready to pay top dollar for their services.

8 p.m. on (58) Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty.

With the 1980 NBA Championsh­ip on the line, the Lakers are down two men, so the outnumbere­d team looks to an unlikely source for inspiratio­n in the Season 1 finale, “Promised Land.” In Philly, Earvin (Quincy Isaiah) finds himself facing off against his role model-turned-rival, Julius “Dr. J” Erving (Jordan Southerlan­d), while in Los Angeles, Haywood (Wood Harris) wrestles with his most formidable enemy: himself.

9 p.m. on (8) (14) NCIS: Los Angeles.

The NCIS team is summoned to investigat­e the baffling case of two men who evidently were blown up by their own explosives while trying to break into a military base in the new episode “Work & Family.” Meanwhile, Callen (Chris O’Donnell) is ready to take the next step with Anna (recurring guest star Bar Paly), and Sam (LL Cool J) moves in with his father, Raymond (Richard Gant). Daniela Ruah and Eric Christian Olsen also star.

9 p.m. on (15) Bob’s Burgers.

Louise, Gene and Tina (voices of Kristen Schaal, Eugene Mirman and Dan Mintz) set off on a quest to find a treasured but lost family recipe as a special Mother’s Day gift for Linda (voice of John Roberts) in the new episode “Sauce Side Story.” First, though, they’ll have to maneuver their way through a long-standing family feud. The guest voice cast includes Megan Mullally and Susie Essman; H. Jon Benjamin and Larry Murphy also are heard.
