(VIRCS) is seeking participants for this year’s Folktoria 2022 event that takes place the weekend of June 4 (noon - 8 p.m. and June 5 (11 a.m. - 7 p.m.). VIRCS has spots available for a Fashion Mosaic from 3:20 p.m. - 3:50 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, where participants will have the opportunity to walk the stage to showcase cultural outfits from across the globe. The Cridge Transition House for Women
is looking for awesome volunteers to join our women-empowerment team. We are specifically looking for individuals to fill the position of an administrative support volunteer, which involves working in the transition house office with a staff support worker, helping to answer phones, ensure house safety and security, interact with clients and residents in and out of office, run errands, and a lot more. We ask that volunteers are committed to a 2 hour shift, once per week from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. and a 6-month term. Orientation is provided.
