It will aid in improving sleep. Mood, energy levels and mental health are enhanced.

Now, how to start or restart. Silver Threads Service offers two locations for individuals 55 years and better to exercise, socialize, learn and play with other likeminded folks. No matter if you are new to exercise or work out regularly there will be a program to suit you. Our instructors are well qualified, classmates are supportive and the environment is relaxed. Membership is valid at two locations, and there is a choice of 9 different classes a week to suit a variety of fitness levels.
