Lifetime Networks is looking for a reliable and responsible volunteer to help a middle-aged male participant be active in the community. The volunteer needs to be a leader in making plans together. ElderDog Canada is looking for a ‘dog person’ who cares about seniors and their pets, to be our new Foster and Rehoming Coordinator on the Saanich Peninsula. Operating entirely through dedicated volunteers, ElderDog Canada supports seniors who are experiencing challenges affecting dog care. Sometimes a dog needs foster care while their senior faces a short-term challenge. And sometimes a dog needs a new forever home due to their human’s residence change or death. We are seeking a kind and caring volunteer to phone customers and take orders on Thursday mornings for James Bay. Orders are taken from home, then dropped off or emailed to the store.
