“Alan [Bates] is quite an extraordinary man who presents as one of the most ordinary people you can meet. So when you come to play someone like that, I needed to find out who he was, what made him do this extraordinary thing and unite hundreds of, a thousand people, in one place and take on the might of the corporate post office . ... [However,] he wasn’t a great source of material... All of my dealings with him have been great. They haven’t helped me play him very much, but they’ve been great.” - Toby Jones, star of “Mr Bates vs The Post Office”

“We had a wonderful, wonderful cast, a wonderful director in Tim van Patten. It was a really ensemble group. … I took a lot of my lead from my fellow thespian Noah [Jupe] here. It was a lovely experience and probably the best production I’ve been involved in in my career.” - Star of Apple TV’s “Franklin,” Michael Douglas

“For years, I’ve been rollin’ out to towns big and small lookin’ for joints serving up amazing dishes. But no matter how many miles I put on the Camaro, I just can’t fit ‘em all into [‘Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives’]. So, I’ve called in my buddy Noah Cappe and the Bite Club to help me out and they are hittin’ the road to find some killer small-town dishes on their own. But of course, I’ve gotta mix it up a bit, so we’re throwin’ in a dash of competition!” - Guy Fieri, executive producer of “Best Bites in Town”
