During this brand-new episode, a handsome plastic surgeon enlists the help of matchmaker Patti Stanger, who then asks the man to look past perfection. Plus, she meets with actress Betsy Russell, who needs to ditch the bad boys and take on a gentleman.

The family that works together, gets incredibly frustrated with each other. Margaret (Maria Gay Harden) is in a tight spot and needs her son, Todd (Skylar Astin), to use a few off-the-books workaround­s to keep a client from being left out in the cold.
