Tilray controls an internatio­nal growop that is expected to comprise 912,000 square feet of production space by the end of 2018. The company owns High Park Farms, a Toronto-based cannabis producer.

Aurora, which controls 4.5 million square feet of production space, will soon be able to produce 570,000 kilograms of weed per year, thanks in part to its acquisitio­n of rival MedReleaf in July.

aLan Gertner Hiku

Gertner quit his job at Google to found the upscale weed parapherna­lia shop, Tokyo Smoke. In 2018, Canopy bought the brand’s parent company, Hiku, for an all-stock deal reportedly valued at $270 million.

aLison Gordon 48North

The former EVP of Rethink Breast Cancer was appointed CEO of 48North in May 2017. She now commands 40,000 square feet of licensed grow space, with an annual production capacity of 2,500 kilograms.
