Man killed after car skids during rush hour

A 35- year- old Toronto man is dead after his car skidded across six lanes of traffic and slammed into a guardrail. He was driving west on Eglinton Ave. E. when he lost control of his car near Leslie St. about 8 a. m. yesterday. No other vehicles were involved and the driver was alone, police said. He was pronounced dead at hospital.
