Sunday brunch is back at Le Royal Meridien King Edward now that the Sovereign ballroom has been given a facelift. Executive chef Daniel Schick has updated the menu. Lai Wah Heen, renowned for its modern Cantonese cuisine, plans to introduce regional Chinese dishes as part of its 10th anniversary menu. Seven top Mississauga chefs will cook Monday for the 2005 Chefs’ Challenge to raise money for the United Way of Peel Region.
